Distinguished Alumni Citation Recipients

Presented in 1962, 10 years before Founders Day commenced, for “meritorious service and outstanding contributions to their profession, their nation, and their alma mater.” The award laid the groundwork for the later Alumni Distinguished Service Awards, begun in 1973, that were presented at Founders Day.
